Sleeping 2 guests, our 78m² freestanding Pool Apartment is ideal for couples or a single person.

The spacious living area, which leads to the bedroom and ensuite, boasts magnificent mountain and valley views.

The undercover deck with gas BBQ leads to an entertainment lapa (covered area) and has direct access to the main pool and splash pool –  completing the perfect place to stay when visiting Cape Town.

Please note: There are 12 outdoor steps leading to this apartment, so therefore it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

PLEASE NOTE

• Due to the layout of the 4,500m² property, with two swimming pools, koi ponds and spa bath, and to ensure peace and safety, no children under the age of 10 years are allowed at Constantia Vista (Unless by prior arrangement).
• Electric blankets and heaters are available in each suite.
• Large solar-heated communal pool and plunge pool in lower garden.
• Various thatched entertainment lapas (covered areas).
• Solar-heated outdoor spa bath with magnificent view (as it is solar heated, this is only available when sunny).
• Assistance with golf bookings on request.
• Every unit has its own independent and private front door.
• All units have fully equipped kitchens and are self-catering.
• There are various steps throughout the property.
• The property is not wheelchair friendly.
